Autumn Redding, Founder & Owner

  Autumn Redding is the Founder and Owner of ADQM Solutions LLC which specializes in marketing and branding. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business & Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix where Autumn worked in social services for 10+ years assisting clients with complex medical conditions. Through her dedication and hard work, she received several accolades and recognition in the Jacksonville, Florida community. Her journey to remove obstacles and barriers did not stop with social services. 

  Autumn carried out her skill to small businesses enhancing value and providing opportunities of growth. Autumn became a Certified Life Coach specializing in Business to assist with leading clients to achieving their goals through the vision, strategy and execution of their business. During the pandemic Autumn expanded her entrepreneurial journey to become the President and Chief Operating Officer of 1Bridge Connect providing retail, educational and transitional support to accelerate small businesses as a unified front.
